Program Description AARP Driver Safety This program, sponsored by AARP and WISE Transportation, is held in Santa Monica. This is a refresher course that covers age-related physical changes, declining perceptual skills, rules of the road, local driving problems and license renewal requirements. The 8-hour course is conducted in two 4-hour sessions and an attendance certificate is issued at the end of the second session. The cost is $10.00.
