Santa Monica Dial-A-Ride

Riders can use this van service for any transportation purpose, including medical appointments, shopping trips, and leisure and social activities and school. Advance reservations are encouraged and all trips are scheduled on a first-call, first-served basis. One-way fare for clients and a friend is $0.50 each and $0.25 is charged for a personal attendant accompanying the client.

The service vans operate seven day a week during the following daytime hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. daytime hours. The van service does not operate on the following holidays:

New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving
Christmas

Orientation and Mobility Class
Classes are held once per month for newly enrolled clients. Mobility and transportation options are the primary focus of the class.
