"How to Protect Yourself Against Fraud &
Abuse".

WISE Senior Services, the City of Los Angeles
Department of Aging, the County of Los Angeles Area
Agency on Aging and the New Jewish Community Center
at Milken are sponsoring and presenting a Senior Action
Fair- "How to Protect Yourself Against Fraud &
Abuse". This event will be held on Tuesday, May
17th, 2005 from 9:00am to 1:00pm at the New Jewish Community
Center at Milken, which is located at 22622 Vanowen
Street, West Hills, CA 91307.
The Senior Action Fair seeks to empower seniors to
take action to protect their home, health, money,
and quality of life. Come learn about the latest scams
including auto and home repair rip-offs, identity
theft, investment scams, credit card fraud and many
many more from the experts. Some of the exhibitors
who will be attending are the West Valley Community
Police Department, FBI, United States Postal Inspectors,
Federal Trade Commission, California Department of
Insurance, and Department of Consumer Affairs.
Complimentary continental breakfast and lunch will
be provided and free parking is available at the Jewish
Community Center but we are encouraging people to
car pool to the event.
The Event is FREE but reservations are REQUIRED.
