Your Contribution

When you give to WISE you will have the pleasure of seeing your contribution in action. Your donation to WISE makes a real and visible difference in the lives of senior citizens. We're proud that over 94 percent of all contributions made to WISE goes directly to support vital services for seniors and their families. Your donation is put to use in the valuable services our seniors and their families depend upon every day.

WISE Senior Services is a non-profit organization and we depend largely on your private donations to make our programs possible. We urge you to contribute and to take advantage of the opportunity to make your donation count. Your contributions are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Here are some examples of the difference your gift can make in the lives of seniors:

$15 provides emergency taxi service for a senior with a medical problem.

$25 provides a nightgown or pajamas and slippers to a needy senior.

$50 provides a supply of groceries for a low-income senior.

$100 provides a day of personalized care for a person with severe Alzheimer's disease whose family member must go to work.

$150 provides reinstatement of gas or electric service for a senior whose service has been turned off for nonpayment.

$250 provides a week of day care for a frail senior who needs assistance with feeding.

$500 provides a senior with assistance in bathing and dressing for one month, allowing them to remain in their own home.

$1,000 provides coordination of services for a year for a low-income, frail and isolated elderly person.
