Position:
Office Coordinators (2 openings, 1 full-time and 1 part-time position) WISE & Healthy Aging is seeking candidates to fill a full time (40 hours per week) and part-time (20 hours per week) office coordinator position. Successful candidates will provide efficient and effective telephone support, visitor reception, customer service, database management and administrative support for the corporate offices of WISE & Healthy Aging. Duties include but are not limited to:
Bilingual – Spanish preferred. High School Diploma / GED required. Some college preferred. A minimum of two years work experience providing clerical support and providing customer service or receptionist duties in a high-paced administrative office. Typing speed of at least 55 words per minute. Strong proficiency in MS Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Two years experience in database management with MS Access or similar database software. Experience working with older adults in a social services setting preferred. Excellent customer service skills projecting a positive image of WISE & Healthy Aging and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and busy phones efficiently and pleasantly. Detail-oriented and able to prioritize duties effectively. Good judgment in dealing with people with mental health challenges. Must have reliable transportation and valid car insurance.
