Who Can Enroll? Our center is located at 1510 Pico Boulevard. The Center is located in a beautiful new building opened in November 2002. We can help to arrange transportation to and from the Center. We accept those with early, moderate or severe levels of dementia. We accept those with canes and walkers. We accept those in wheelchairs who have sufficient arm strength to assist in transferring. We accept incontinent clients. We have two distinct programs. The Olive Stone Program is for those with mild memory loss, Parkinson's, or those who have had a stroke. The WISE Care Program is for those with moderate to severe levels of dementia. The Alzheimer's Association has recognized our staff for its excellence. WISE is the only state designated Alzheimer's Day Care Resource Center on the Westside of Los Angeles. Payment is based on level of care need and ranges from $7-$15 per hour.
